On Vietnamese Teacher's Day, AMI would like to share some heartfelt thoughts of Ms. Nguyen Trang, a teacher of class Cambridge in AMI Ecopark, about her job as a teacher:
To become a preschool teacher is like "fate", but to be dedicated to this profession, everything must stem from "love."
Preschool teachers are not only those standing the podium with a chalk in their hand, but they are also versatile "mother figures" for the children.
Preschool teachers lay the foundation for the early learning starge of children. They style children's hair every morning, act as mediators when the children don't understand each other, encourage diverse eating habits like nutrition experts, and provide support like caring doctors when the children feel tired.
When I registered for college, my friend wondered: Why would you choose such a demanding profession like a preschool teacher?
It was only when I cared for the children with my own hands, and stood in the classroom with them, that I could finally answer this question. Although preschool teaching is demanding, the happiness derived from it is boundless. I am happy every day to be loved by the children, to watch them grow and change every day. My heart swells when tiny arms wrap around me tightly and their heads lean on my shoulders.
Moreover, I am delighted to be a part of the AMI family. At AMI, we don't have "bosses," only Sister Quynh, and Brother Hai, who inspire, listen, share, and wholeheartedly train preschool teachers to become more skilled. At AMI, we don't have colleagues; we have friendly brothers, sisters, and friends.
In the spirit of Teacher's Day, I wish everyone at AMI, especially preschool teachers, good health and abundant energy to nourish even more green seeds.
